By accessing or using OnlineCoaching (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Services

OnlineCoaching is a software platform that facilitates connections between coaches and clients. We provide tools for program management, communication, and progress tracking. IMPORTANT: OnlineCoaching is a technology platform only. We are not a coaching service provider and do not provide any coaching, fitness, nutrition, or health services. We do not employ coaches, and coaches using our platform are independent professionals.

3. User Accounts

To use our Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription fees are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• A 14-day free trial period (where applicable) with automatic conversion to paid subscription unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscription periods

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant OnlineCoaching a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user content) are owned by OnlineCoaching and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ONLINECOACHING IS A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM ONLY AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: (a) The quality, safety, or legality of coaching services provided by coaches; (b) The qualifications, credentials, or conduct of coaches or clients; (c) Any outcomes, results, or consequences of coaching relationships; (d) Any disputes between coaches and clients; (e) Any health, fitness, nutrition, or medical advice or outcomes. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONLINECOACHING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
